KAY FIT Launch Event

Thank you for your interest in joining our FREE KAY FIT Launch Class! Please complete the short form below to reserve your spot.

Details: This class will incorporate resistance bands will be provided for all participants and will be incorporated throughout the class to increase intensity, improve muscle activation, and add variety to your workout. A limited number of yoga mats will also be available. If you have your own mat, we encourage you to bring it to ensure you're comfortable during floor exercises. If you don't have one, no worries—we'll have a few available on a first-come, first-served basis.

After the workout, stick around for a casual social gathering! It's a great opportunity to meet others, ask questions, and learn more about KAY FIT. As a thank-you for celebrating the launch of KAY FIT with us, all attendees who check in at the event will automatically be entered into a FREE giveaway raffle for a chance to win an exciting prize. Winners will be announced at the end of the class, so be sure to stick around!

Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the KAY FIT Launch Event may be rescheduled for the safety of all participants. If a schedule change is necessary, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible with the updated date and time.
